Justice (Retd.) Viney mittal has almost 50 years of experience in legal field. He has remained a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh and Madhya Pradesh High Court, Bench at Indore. Justice Mittal is presently on a constitutional assignment with the Government of India, as a Member of a Water Disputes Tribunal. Justice Mittal has a great expertise in various fields of law, including Civil laws, (comprising Land laws, Property disputes, Succession/Will matters, Marriage disputes, Child Custody matters, Revenue matters, Rent laws etc.), Criminal matters arising
