Completing M.A. English and LL.B. from Panjab University, Chandigarh in 1985, Dinesh Malhotra moved to Australia to work in international trade and international media. His roles centered on legal domains. Along with international trade commitments where he successfully litigated in the commercial courts of the Supreme Court of Victoria including its Court of Appeal, he found Bharat Times, aprint and digital media platform and headed the legal and academic research team. From 2009, on the panel of the Victoria Police Reference Group, he advised authorities on a Safer Victoria for Indian international students.He offers free legal advice to Indian elderly throughHelp the Elderly initiative by Bharat Times. He also acts as mediator for the community.
In 2016, hecame back to active practice in India.Having topped the University in Legislature Drafting, Rules of Interpretation,he is very skilled in drafting all types of pleadings and has knowledge in all branches of law, with special interest in Commercial, Banking and Civil matters.Whether handling a simple case of familyor company disputeor any sensitive matter, he is an asset to the firm.
